خیبر پختونخوا اور اسلام آباد میں آج پھر زلزلے کے جھٹکے محسوس کیے گئے ہیں۔
زلزلہ پیما مرکز کے مطابق اسلام آباد، پشاور، مانسہرہ، ایبٹ آباد اور سوات میں زلزلے کے جھٹکے محسوس کیے گئے ہیں۔
زلزلہ پیما مرکز نے بتایا ہے. کہ اس زلزلے کی شدت 5.4 ریکارڈ کی گئی ہے جس کا مرکز افغانستان کے جنوب مشرق میں تھا۔
زلزلہ پیما مرکز نے یہ بھی بتایا ہے کہ زلزلے کی گہرائی 22 کلومیٹر زیرِ زمین تھی۔
زلزلے کے جھٹکے محسوس ہوتے ہیں شہریوں میں خوف و ہراس پھیل گیا. اور علاقہ مکین گھروں اور دکانوں سے کلمۂ طیبہ کا ورد کرتے ہوئے کھلی جگہوں پر جمع ہو گئے۔
واضح رہے کہ 31 اگست اور یکم ستمبر کی درمیانی شب بھی اسلام آباد، لاہور، مری، پشاور سمیت ملک کے مختلف علاقوں میں زلزلے کے جھٹکے محسوس کیے گئے تھے۔
زلزلہ پیما مرکز کے مطابق اس زلزلے کی شدت 6 جبکہ اس کی گہرائی. 15 کلو میٹر ریکارڈ کی گئی اور اس کا مرکز جنوب مشرقی افغانستان میں تھا۔
زلزلے کے نتیجے میں افغانستان کے صوبے کنڑ میں خوفناک تباہی ہوئی، جس کے دوران ہلاکتوں کی تعداد 1411 ہو گئی ہے جبکہ متعدد افراد زخمی ہوئے ہیں۔
