آپ نے حزب اللہ کا نام یقینن سنا ہوگا مگر آپ یہ نہیں جانتے ہونگے کی جہاد کے پس منظر میں چھپی یہ تنظیم دراصل ۔ایک سیاسی قوت ہے۔ جس کا مقصد لبنان میں جمہوری حکومت کو کمزور کرکے اپنا اقتدار قائم کرنا ہے

حزب اللہ جنوبی لبنان سے تعلق رکھنے والا ایک جنگجو گروپ ہے۔ جسکے ایرانی حکومت سے قریبی تعلقات ہیں۔ حزب اللہ کو بڑی مقدار ميں پیسہ اور ہتھیار فراہم کرنے کے پیچھے ایرانی حکومت کا ہاتھ ہے۔  حزب اللہ ایرانی بل بوتے پر لبنان کے ایک وسیع حصے پر قبضہ کيئے ہوئے ہے۔ اور وہاں رہنے والی آبادی کے لئے ایک مستقل تکليف کا باعث ہے۔ گذشتہ کچھ سالوں میں حزب اللہ نے اپنا سیاسی اثر رسوخ بڑھانا شروع کردیا اور اس کا مقصد اب لبنان میں ایران کی من پسند حکومت قائم کرنا ہے۔

اول تو یہ لبنانی حکومت معاملات میں حزب اللہ کی بے جا مداخلت ہے مگر دوسری طرف لبنانی حکومت کو خدشہ ہے کہ ایرانی تیل کی برآمدات پر عائد عالمی پابندیوں کی وجہ سے لبنان بھی ان پابندیوں کی زد میں آجائے گا۔ جب عراقی حکومت لبنان کو سستا تیل دینے پر تیار ہے تو حزب اللہ کیوں ایرانی تیل لینے پر مصر ہے؟ اس لئے کیونکہ حزب اللہ  اور ایرانی  حکومت دونوں ہی کو پیسے کی کمی کا سامنا ہے۔ اقتصادی پابندیوں نے ایرانی معیشت کی کمر توڑ دی ہے اور حزب اللہ کو آنے والی ایرانی امداد میں کمی واقع ہوئی ہے۔

حزب اللہ کا تو یہ بھی کہنا ہے۔ کہ وہ ایرانی تیل لبنانی وفاقی بنک کے بجائے نجی کمپنیوں کے ذریعے خریدنے کو بھی تیار ہیں تاکہ اقتصادی پابندیوں سے بچ سکیں۔ مگر کیا نجی طور پر اس مملکت کے لئے خریدا گیا تیل منصفانہ طریقے سے لبنانی عوام کے پہنچ سکے گا؟ یا پھر حزب اللہ کے زیر اثر علاقوں میں ترسیل ہوگا؟ کیا نجی کاروباری کمپنیوں کو استعمال کرکے حزب اللہ خوب کمیشن کا پیسہ نہیں بنائے گی اور لبنانی عوام کو مہنگا تیل خریدنا پڑے گا؟
