سندھ ہائی کورٹ نے منی لانڈرنگ کے الزامات کی انکوائری میں ٹک ٹاکر حریم شاہ کی 7 روز کی حفاظتی ضمانت منظور کرلی۔
ڈان اخبار کی رپورٹ کے مطابق جسٹس محمد کریم خان آغا کی سربراہی میں دو رکنی بینچ نے درخواست گزار۔ کو 25 ہزار روپے کے ضمانتی مچلکے جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کی ۔اور واضح کیا کہ اگر وہ مقررہ وقت میں انکوائری افسر کے سامنے پیش نہ ہوئیں تو ضمانت ضبط کر لی جائے گی۔
حریم شاہ کے نام سے معروف فضا حسین نے اپنے ۔وکیل کے ذریعے درخواست ضمانت دائر کی تھی.
درخواست میں کہا گیا کہ وفاقی تحقیقاتی ایجنسی نے جنوری میں انہیں نوٹس بھیجا تھا۔ اور فروری میں سندھ ہائی کورٹ نے ایف آئی اے کو ان کے خلاف کوئی جبری کارروائی نہ کرنے جبکہ درخواست گزار کو انکوائری میں شامل ہونے کی ہدایت کی تھی لیکن وہ پاکستان پہنچ کر انکوائری میں شامل نہیں ہو سکیں۔
وکیل نے مزید کہا کہ حریم شاہ نے اپنے وکیل کے ذریعے ۔اسی طرح کے ریلیف کے لیے۔ ۔گزشتہ ہفتے دوبارہ سندھ ہائی کورٹ سے رجوع کیا تھا لیکن ان کی درخواست خارج کردی گئی۔
وکیل نے دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ اب درخواست گزار ملک واپس آچکی ہیں۔ کمرہ عدالت میں بھی حاضر ہیں اور انکوائری میں شامل ہونے کو تیار ہیں، انہوں نے انکوائری میں شامل ہونے کے لیے محدود مدت کے لیے۔ قانونی تحفظ کی استدعا کی۔
