شویتا نے بی بی سی کو بتایا کہ ’بینک کے اہلکار نے مجھے بینک کی جعلی سٹیٹمنٹس دیں، میرے نام سے ایک جعلی ای میل آئی ڈی بنائی اور بینک کے ریکارڈ میں میرے موبائل نمبر میں ہیرا پھیری کی تاکہ مجھے اکاؤنٹ سے ہونے والی ٹرانزیکشنز یا رقم نکلوانے کی کوئی اطلاع یا پیغام موصول نہ ہو۔‘
