کیا آپ کے ساتھ ہوائی جہاز میں دورانِ سفر کبھی کوئی ایسا واقعہ پیش آیا ہے کہ جس کے بارے میں آپ نے بس خاموشی اختیار کر لی ہو اور کسی سے اس وجہ سے کُچھ نہیں کہا کہ ’لوگ کیا کہیں گے۔‘
مگر جس فضائی سفر اور مسافر کے متعلق ہم آپ کو خبر دینے جا رہے ہیں اُن کے بارے میں بھی ایئرلائن انتظامیہ نے شاید یہی سوچ کر معلومات فراہم نہیں کیں کہ نام اور شناخت ظاہر کرنے سے کہیں لوگ اُن کا مذاق نہ اُڑائیں۔
ہوا یہ کہ انڈیا میں ممبئی سے بنگلور جانے والی پرواز کے ٹوائلٹ میں ایک مسافر اُس وقت پھنس گئے جب وہ جہاز کے چھوٹے سے ٹوائلٹ میں جا کر گھبرا گئے اور واپسی کے لیے دروازہ کھولنے میں مُشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑا۔
یہ مسافر جہاز کے ٹوائلٹ کے دروازے میں خرابی کے بعد ایک گھنٹے سے زائد وقت تک بند رہے۔
ائیر لائن سپائس جیٹ کی پرواز کے لیے. ممبئی سے بنگلور کا سفر عام طور پر 105 منٹ یعنی تقریباً ایک گھنٹہ 45 منٹ کا ہوتا ہے، جس میں سے اس شخص نے ایک گھنٹہ چھوٹے سے بیت الخلا کے اندر پھنس کر گُزارا۔
ائیر لائن کے مطابق منگل کی صبح ممبئی سے پرواز کرنے کے بعد بنگلورو میں اترنے پر اس شخص کو ریسکیو کیا گیا۔
سپائس جیٹ نے اس واقعے کے بعد معافی مانگتے ہوئے کہا ہے. کہ انھیں سفر کے دوران مسافر کو پیش آنے والی تکلیف پر شدید افسوس اور گہرا دُکھ ہے۔
ائیر لائن کی جانب سے جاری بیان
ائیر لائن کی جانب سے جاری بیان میں مزید کہا گیا. کہ ’پورے سفر کے دوران، ہمارے عملے نے ٹوائلٹ میں پھنس جانے والے مسافر کو مدد اور رہنمائی فراہم کی۔‘
سپائس جیٹ کے ترجمان نے بی بی سی کو بتایا کہ بنگلور پہنچنے پر ایک انجینیئر نے بیت الخلا کا دروازہ کھولا اور مسافر کو فوری طبی امداد فراہم کی گئی۔
ایئرلائن نے مسافر کے بارے میں مزید تفصیلات بتانے سے انکار تو کر دیا. لیکن ایک اخبار نے دعویٰ کیا ہے کہ ٹوائلٹ میں پھنس جانے والے مسافر شدید صدمے کی حالت میں تھے۔
بنگلورو ہوائی اڈے کے ایک افسر نے ٹائمز آف انڈیا کو بتایا کہ ’ممبئی سے بنگلورو جانے والے مسافر کا آدھے سے زیادہ سفر بیت الخلا کے اندر پھنس کر ہی گُزر گیا۔‘
عہدیدار نے مزید کہا کہ جہاز کے عملے نے، جو اس شخص کی پریشانی کی کال کا جواب دے رہا تھا، متعدد بار دروازہ کھولنے کی کوشش کی۔
افسر نے بتایا کہ اس کے بعد ایک ایئر ہوسٹس نے مسافر کو کاغذ کے ایک ٹکڑے پر ایک پیغام تک لکھ کر دیا. جس میں ان سے پُرسکون رکھنے کی گُزارش کی گئی تھی۔
دروازہ کھولنے کی بھر پور کوشش
نوٹ میں مبینہ طور پر تحریر تھا کہ ’سر، ہم نے دروازہ کھولنے کی بھر پور کوشش کی۔۔۔ آپ گھبرائیں نہیں۔ ہم چند منٹوں میں بنگلور اترنے والے ہیں، لہذا آپ سے گُزارش ہے. کہ آپ براہ کرم کموڈ کا ڈھکن بند کریں. اور اس پر تسلی سے اور مضبوطی سے بیٹھ جائیں. اور اپنے آپ کو محفوظ رکھنے کی کوشش کریں۔ جیسے ہی فلائٹ ائیر پورٹ پر اُترتی ہے انجینئر آپ کی مدد کے لیے موجود ہوں گے۔‘
یہ واقعہ ایک ایسے وقت میں پیش آیا، جب انڈیا کے وزیرِ ہوا بازی نے کہا ہے. کہ وہ ملک کے چھ بڑے ہوائی اڈوں پر ’وار رومز‘ قائم کریں. گے تاکہ مسافروں کی مشکلات سے متعلق مسائل کو فوری طور پر حل کیا جا سکے۔
